What AI is and how to talk to it
AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a computer program that has read billions of pages of text and learned to answer questions, write, explain things, and help you solve problems β like having a very knowledgeable assistant available 24/7. It's not magic, it's not perfect, but it's incredibly useful once you know how to use it.
You don't need special commands. Just type naturally: 'Can you help me write a cover letter for a warehouse job?' works perfectly.
The more you tell it, the better the answer. Instead of 'help me with housing,' try 'I'm a Veteran in Minnesota looking for transitional housing β what programs exist?'
If the answer is too complicated, just say 'Can you explain that in simpler terms?' or 'Give me a bullet list instead.' It will happily redo it.
If you don't like the answer, say 'Try again' or 'Make it shorter' or 'Make it sound more professional.' AI doesn't get offended β it just tries again.
